About Terrell
My name is Terrell and I am from South Carolina. I am a licensed mental health professional licensed in SC since 2020, and in WA since 2025. I began my therapy training in 2022 while living in Florida, but my family inspired me to become a social worker in 2012, when my path of pursuing journalism didn’t work out. I felt pulled to engage in meaningful work in my community. I'm also a huge fan of creative arts and sports, and these hobbies have allowed me to build values of integrity, commitment, teamwork, and work ethic.

Individual Counseling (ages 12+)
Individual therapy focuses on personal growth and self-discovery, allowing individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, develop a deeper sense of self and learn strategies to overcome distress.

Everyone has different levels of emotional sensitivity, and I can help you develop skills to tolerate uncomfortable situations when you feel the urge to react or withdraw.
I can help you make subtle adjustments with how you treat yourself under stress to begin healing your inner child.
My practice is trauma-informed and client-centered. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where healing becomes possible—not by pushing, but by honoring your story.
